These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tepat4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tepat4d website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services available at tepat4d.cam and its subdomains.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods in MYR: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), and selected cryptocurrency methods (BTC, ETH, USDT). 6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM20 unless a specific promotional offer stipulates a higher minimum. There is no maximum deposit cap for fully verified accounts.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the player's account being KYC-verified and any applicable wagering requirements having been met. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow may take 1 to 3 business hours. 7.4 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%. 7.5 Bonus Expiry. Unless stated otherwise on a specific offer, bonuses expire 14 days from the date of issuance. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
7.6 Abuse of Promotions. The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel any associated winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated wagering designed to artificially fulfill rollover requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity that in the Platform's assessment constitutes exploitation of promotional terms.
8.1 Finality of Results. All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live sports and in-play markets, by the result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the governing body. Results are final unless a manifest error is established in accordance with Clause 5.2.
8.2 Sports Betting. Bets on sporting events including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Mix Parlay, and outright markets each carry their own rules governing settlement, refunds, and void conditions. 8.3 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets are time-sensitive. The Platform cannot guarantee the availability or continuation of any live market. Bets accepted on in-play markets are subject to settlement based on the final verified result of the event, regardless of any delay between the actual game event and the Platform's live data feed.
8.4 Bet Cancellation. The Platform reserves the right to cancel or void any bet placed based on erroneous odds, system errors, or where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or any corrupt activity affecting the outcome of the relevant event.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tepat4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
12.2 The Platform's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
12.3 The Platform does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Gambling involves risk. Players acknowledge that they may lose all funds wagered and that the Platform bears no responsibility for losses sustained in the normal course of gambling activity.
12.4 The Platform is not liable for any loss or damage arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications infrastructure failure, cyberattacks, or any other event beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
13.1 Termination by Player. Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not yet converted to real money) will be returned to the player via their primary withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being completed.
13.2 Termination by Platform. tepat4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

15.2 The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revisions were made. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
15.3 If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. Continued wagering activity after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.
